Approval Priority in Email Notifications

When a requestor raises a requisition via i-procurement, is there a function (a drop-down list perhaps) where they can select the Approval Priority (e.g. Low, Medium, High) for the requisition?  The selection will then be shown in the email notification sent to the approver to indicate the urgency of the requisition.  For example, if requestor selects High, the email notification will show Approval Priority as "High" to indicate to the approver that the requisition needs to be approved urgently.

Is there such a function in Oracle 11.15.10.2?
