Custom Web ADI to Load data into Custom Table

Is it possible to create a custome web adi intergrator, layout to use excel and load data to a customer schema and table?  We use a custom table to create inventory items.  I was hoping to load this custom table using web adi. if this is possible how do i get started?  Do i use HR to create the custom integrator?
