Release 12 : documentation on new features and changes?

 Hi,

We are planning to upgrade to release 12 for Oracle Financials (Receivables, Payables, GL, Purchasing, Fixed Assets). Are there any whitepapers or other documentation on the new features in this R12 and/or differences with release 11i?

Any info on this subject is welcome.
