Web-DEV with WAS Express on Windows 7 64 bit OS

What are the MTR for Windows 7 64 bit OS.  I am experiencing some issues when installing a new web-dev client.  Wabsphere Express has to be installed in silent or console mode and then I get his message when I install the WEB-DEV Full package at login
