Error Message when attempting to receive AGIS transaction

  When the users attempt to receive an AGIS transaction they are getting following Error message. Can anyone help?

 

ERROR MESSAGE:

oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: java.sql.SQLException: ORA-01403: no data found
ORA-06512: at "APPS.FUN_RECIPIENT_WF", line 1808
ORA-06512: at line 1
