error when selecting zero tax rate

 Hi Friends,

I am getting the following error when zero tax rate is selected in the invoice and surprisingly i am not getting this error when selecting 1% rate in the invoice, bother the tax rates were set up in the similar way. What i might be doing wrong. Please suggest.

As the other tax rate is working fine i believe this is  not a bug.
