cross charging and billing Capital projects

 I have Capital projects that utilize shared services from other legal entities. We are a global company whereby legislation and tax requirements vary, as does the currencies. The Projects Billing feature does not allow this - Intercompany type funcitonality with Capital projects.

Does anyone have any suggestions/recommendations on how they are doing this with R12?
