How to assign resources automatically to activities

 Dear All,

Wanted to find if there is a way of assigning resources automatically  to anumber of different activities? I have 182 no different activities but having the same number of resources, i.e electrician, labourer, carpenter & supervisor, how can assign all these resources automatically to all of my activities please?
