Enable PIM for Telco Features Missing

 Hi all,
After performing a Fresh install of R12.1 we started setting up all the required modules in order to start using PIM.

One of the Profile Options to be set is the "Enable PIM for Telco Features"

We cannot find the specific profile though using System Administrator --> Profile --> System

Any ideas why this could be happening?
