Labor Distribution Calculation not working

Hi

We have set up a labor distribution for an employee with regular pay code and overtime pay code. We are running the pre payroll in autopay but the labor distribution multiplier not applied and instead it reflected default pay type instead of the one's from the set up of labor distribution. Can you help what is wrong we are doing here or is there any new functionality in E1 9.0 that we are not aware of in this regard

The same set up in our current environment 8.11SP1 works  but not in E1 9.0
