Running WebLogic Server V10.3.3 natively on Sun Ultrasparc T5440 server

I am running a proof of concept (POC) using multiple instances (8-10) of WebLogic Server (WLS) V10.3.3 natively on the Sun UltraSparc T5440 servers. In my POC I am not able to drive the total CPU utilization of the T5440 above 15% using 8-10 WLS JVM's with all the 32 cores / 256 threads enabled on the T5440 with increasing workload.

Is it recommended that WLS be run only in virtualized environments like Logical Domains or Solaris Containers to get the best CPU utilization on the T5440 server ? If the answer is no, what all tuning needs to be done on WLS that will enable me to run bigger workloads to drive the CPU utilization to 80% or higher.
