Order Import from SAP using IDOC-XML format

Hi,

Is it possible to import sales orders from SAP into Oracle using SAPs IDOC-xml Format? Also is it possible to interace back to SAP from Oracle on the sales order Ackonowledgements using the same IDOC-xml? Does Oracle provide any out of box converter for this? Would appreciate if you can provide any references to documentation on this.
