Weblogic configuration

 We have completed the installation of the Oracle database, Agile 93 application, Agile 9.3 database and Weblogic.  What do we need to configure in Weblogic to see the URL to access Agile?  There is no documentation that I can find on configuring Weblogic.  Does any exist?
