Internet Procurement: Possibility of pop-up dialog box that informs the end-user that the item reque

 Hi All,

Does anybody knows how to set-up/configure pop-up messages or alerts in Internet Procurement Portal e.g. User has initiated PR for a particular item, then after sometime (procurement processes) the item is delivered by a supplier.  Then Receiving Transaction - Receive is created in the system.  By this Receive Transaction - this is the trigger that pop-up message will appear for the user who owns this item.  Is this possible in the system? something like alert. 

Current apps version is 11.5.10.2.  Available modules are Inventory, Purchasing, iProcurement, Financials, Project costing, FA.  For info.

Please help.   Thank you.
