Statement Setup

I am trying to test statements for the first time in our AR module.  We are on 11.5.10.2.  I have setup the aging buckets and statement cycle.  I added a customer profile that uses the statement cycle I created and I added that profile to my customer.  I then tried to print statements but all I got was the masks to print.  The only KB note I find about this relates for version 12.  Can anyone point me in the right direction to correct this in version 11.5.10.2, please?
