Multiple OMS hosts?

  Is it possible to run Grid Control with multiple OMS hosts so there is no single point of failure?

I'm running 10.2.0.5.  GC is monitoring 14 hosts with 79 databases.

Last night everything stopped running due to a "ERROR-400|ORA-01801: date format is too long for internal buffer".  After I restarted the OMS repository the backups for all 79 databases began running immediately.

Is there any way to prevent this in the future?
