Receipt are not processing through Receiving Transaction Processor

Hi All ,

I am trying to process receipt transaction from table rcv_transaction_interface but not able to process them .

The records from rcv_shipment_header_interface has processed to Rcv_shipmnet_headers table but  line records are failing with error

"  No header record can be found from RHI :A header is required for this transaction (transaction_type = RECEIVE.....)

can anyone please help me in understanding why , records in headers got processed while lines are stil stuck

Also please let me know how can I procee the lines.

Note :- Sometimes my records in rcv_headers_interface get stuck with status "RUNNING" . Can anyone please tell me . what does it mean
