configuration of internal disks
Hi all
quick question
I see that the minimum supported number of disks in an IOU is 2
and that both disks are not required to be the same base I/O card
is it supported then to have a SAS disk in slot 0 (base card 0) and a SAS disk in slot 2( base card 4)
in QUAD mode?
By doing this it is proposed to use SVM to mirror root disk across IOU ( to maximise availability)
so that a dynamic domain would be made up of quad units 0 & 1 from one IOU and quad units 2 & 3 from another IOU.
