Tax based on Ship from location (Sub Inventory org)

Hi,

I have a question on tax calculation based on the Ship From Location.

We have a requirement wherein we need to calculate the tax based on the Ship from location which is our Sub Inventory org from where the material is dispatched  to the customer. We have defined some of our inventory location as sub inventory organization and assigned a HR location to it.

Want to know if it is possible to calculate tax based on the location at the sub inventory org when the material actually ships to the customer.
