Basket Order

 Hi

We would like to create a basket order as in the below will it be possible or not or any other options.

If the Total Bill qty is between 13 to 24 they will get a free qty of 1. If the total bill qty is 25 then he will get 2 Free Qty. If the total bill qty is 37 he will get 3 free qty..till qty reaches to 49 he will get only 3 and at 50 they will get 4 qty.

Will this possible or any other work around.
