Debit Memos for Apr-10 and Jun-10 seem to be partially accounted.

 Debit Memos for Apr-10 and Jun-10 seems to be partially accounted, these debit memos were created after making the RTV of the PO Receipts. When checked at the backend in ap_invoice_distributions_all table there are invoices with unaccounted distribution lines and which are not yet posted to GL. The lines which can be seen has line_type_lookup_code = MISCELLANEOUS which are taxes lines. The period for Apr-10, May-10, Jun-10, Jul-10, Aug-10 is closed to get it resolved i may need to open the period and run the "Payable Accounting Process" concurrent program.

But before proceeding for such activity i need to know the root cause how the period for Apr-10 and Jun-10 got closed and it has not shown any records in "Unaccounted Transaction Report" while carrying out the acitivities, also can somebody tell me the proper steps on how to resolve this issue.
