"Did You Know" that on-line helps are available?

Depending on how you were trained on JD Edwards software, we're finding that some of the basics were never taught to end users. One of the basics is accessing the on-line helps. The helps have been designed to explain what the program does and how it can be used. There is valuable information available that has never been seen.

If you'd like to see the on-line helps, go to a menu that contains frequently run programs. Obtain the menu item number for the program in question and at command line, type in: HELP menu item number and press the enter key. If helps are available for the program in question, then a window will display. Place a 1(s) in the topic and press enter again. Presto, you're in the on-line helps.
