item type code in oe_order_lines_all table

 Hi All,

            I see the item_type_code will be populated for all order lines eventhough that is a not null column in the table. Is this assum ption correct? One doubt is from where this information is populated into this column from front end? Example for KIT item ..we don't give any information with KIT but it is PTO item. Wether the triggers in oracle populate thia item_type_code?

  To find the PTO item related parent and child items , i am looking for item type code KIT and INCLUDED. is it right?
