Does Oracle have a clear definition of PLM and how it relates to ERP, CRM and SCM?

We are trying to establish a clear PLM strategy here at Plexus, but are finding that even the definition of PLM is not agreed to by everyone.   Because most of our software applications are owned by Oracle (Agile, JDE, PeopleSoft)  I was hoping that they would have a usable definition for us.    I see that SAP does have a clear definition, but it seems to be in SAP terms, not Agile/JDE.

Any help would be appreciated.
