Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. forms server down - investigation

Hi,

forms server was down,I have started up & rite now running fine,but

can some one tell me ,how to investigate that " why forms server was down"

I have checked log file also but didn't find any information..
