Internal Requestition not Reciveing after ship confirm

Hi , I created an internal requisition then i exported that requisition to Order Management , I pick confirmed that Requisition and ship confirmed it the order is sucessfully shipped too.
While defining the Shipping network i selected ( Intransit -- Transfer Type ) and (Reciept --- FOB)
As i selected Intransit i have to manually recieve the item in the destination inventory.
When i go to Inventory or Purchasing>Receiving>Receipts the system is finding my internal requisition number but the system is not finding the shipment number ... so i cant receive the item in the destination inventory...
How will i deal with this issue..
