Why Creating clone template doen't contain the events from the source database??

We have 10.2.0.5 on Oracle Solaris on SPARC (64-bit)
We did a clone database with dbca,with or without seed files.

Setting up an instance, fully configured with our standards, containing seven event parameters.

Creating clone template from this instance, newly created template does not contain events parameters.

Is there any explanation for that?
