AutoVue: How can I enable the markup mode in the AutoVue program for redlining documents?

 Does anyone know how to enable the Markup capabilities in the AutoVue for redlining attachments?

I did grant the Attachment Redlines for Self privilege.  I'm wondering if there are any other privileges that I may have missed.

My steps that i have taken...

1. Granted the Folder Administrator role

2. Granted the standard privileges; read, discover documents, modify items, viewfile, getfile, etc.

3. Created an ECO

4. Added Item on affected tab w/an attached document.

5. On the lower pane, clicked on the reline attachments tab

6. Hightlighted the attachment line and clicked the View Files icon.

This take you to the AutoVue program BUT markup mode is not turned on.  What do I do?
