Oracle Debrief - Inventory Stock check Problem

Hi,

We are implementation Oracle Teleservice 12.0.6 , the issue is when we debrief an SR the material used in job card is entered. now the problem is the system does not check the stock in the Eng. Subinventory.

that mean i can entry any item / material into the SR...when our inventory spare team is not agreeing.

How can we reslove this issue.
