Allocate channel error

Hi all,

I am trying to restore my rman backup onto a different node of different directory structure. My rman backup is taken onto tape.

I managed to startup nomount the instance but i hit problem when i'm trying to allocate channel to read direct from the backup tape.

My error as below:
