IS there any limitation of having SGA 200G or more?

 We have 10.2.0.4 on Linux x86-64, whenever we try SGA more than 195G the error below is reported
ORA-27123: unable to attach to shared memory segment
 Linux-x86_64 Error: 22: Invalid argument
 Additional information: 1
 Additional information: 819212

Appreciate anyone help on this issue,
