Hello Experts,

I am a Production APPS DBA, And we are running on R12.0.6 with 10.2.0.3 ?

I just wanted to know the below things ?

1. Do i have to buy licenses from Oracle ?

2. What are the  mandatory requirements for Standby Server ?

What are the advantages and disadvantages for Implementing Dataguard on our Production Server ?

Experts : Your quick response in this regard will be highly appreciated.
