Fetch from F060116 and F060120 failed

 Upgraded to 9.0 and getting errors in P0801 Employee screen.  We term an employee by populating the term date, put our change reason in, click ok and get error Unable to fetch from table F060116 and unable to fetch from F060120.  We have to actually signoff from E1 before we can access any other record in the Employee Master.  A similar error occurs when we add a new hire...Invalid EE number after clicking the Finish button and both fetch errors.  Also, on a new hire we have to SQL a record in the job info table F060120.

Thought it was security but it does not happen in PY (test).  Also think it is security because the CNC type role does not get the error.  User has security to the usual programs
