TimesTen : data loss if software/server crashes

Hi,
I have a question on data loss if application or server crashes. Now TimesTen writes transaction logs to disk, and durable commit is off. The LogBufferSize is 65535. Besides reaching the log buffer size limit, Does TimesTen write logs to disks based on a time interval?
My questions are basically for data loss on different scenarios,
1. If application crashes, how was the data loss? All the data within the log buffer?
2. If server crashes (disks is okay after recovery), what's the data loss for TimesTen?
