Using Vertex, has anyone used SLA to control the GL account on the tax distribution?

Hi Patrick (or anyone)

Can you direct me to any note, article, or thread that might assist us with creating some rules within the "SLA" architecture such that we can determine a different GL account for each state we calculate tax for.   I know EB Tax would handle this for me with normal setups, however Vertex is being used, and their interface only does 1 commonGL account.   Vertex consulting indicates we have to use SLA to then look at the Ship To state on the transaction and thus determine a GL tax account.

Has anyone ever documented this approach ?
