Move OCR to new SAN on Windows 2003

 Hello everyone,
I'm going to decommission my old SAN therefore I'm going to migrate all data stored in the SAN.
all important parts of the RAC are stored in the SAN. These are OCR, Voting Disks and ASM files.

My main concern is so far is on the OCR migration to the new SAN.
I've been following the steps from metalink ID 428681.1.
I was using the offline mode and tried the following steps

on all nodes:
ocrconfig -repair \\.\OCRP
ocrconfig -repair \\.\OCRM

on one of the nodes:
ocrconfig -overwrite

However, after that ocrconfig -overwrite command, I got the error message "
