Auto Create Requisitions by approving using a HR Self Service responsibility
We are currently experiencing a significant issue where approved requisitions, which were approved using a HR Manager Self Service responsibility are not auto creating, because of the HR: Security Profile.
There is a security profile setup which is applied solely to the Manager Self Service responsibility. This security profile is secured using supervisor assignment, so that they can only see direct reports.
We have CPA's setup with the buyer on them, but when the PO Create Documents workflow gets to the 'GET_BUYER' function for the Contract, it returns a 'N'.
The GET_BUYER function queries from PER_PEOPLE_F which is secured by Security Profile, so the manager self service responsibility returns the 'N', hence causing the requisition to not auto create.
