Project Raised in Project Costing Super User - can be found in Project Billing Superuser - but retur

I have raised a Project in a Vision Database using Project Costing Super User, and cannot see the Project in Project Billing Super User. They are both using the same Operating Unit?

Any ideas as to what I am doing wrong???
