Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Error APP-PA-19969 when reverse capitalizing

I have a user that gets the following error message when trying to reverse capitalize an asset:

"APP-AP-19969: Your request cannot be processed now. Another user or process is modifying the project."

This happened on Friday and appears again on Monday (even thought the users were all "kicked out" over the weekend for backups to be done.)

Anyone have any idea what may be happening and how to clear this up?

Metalink showed no results searching all resources on "APP-AP-19969"
