Trying to create and approve Planned Purchase Orders and Scheduled Releases

Greetings All:
 I have created a Planned Purchase Order and gotten it approved, having
forwarded it through the Film Approval Hierarchy. The Film Approval Hierarchy
is the default hierarchy for the Planned Purchase Order document, but I
still have to specifiy that hierarchy when I submit a Planned Purchase
Order for approval. But, at least it works.

I then create a Scheduled Release against the Planned Purchase Order. The Scheduled
Release document type is set up the same way as the Planned Purchase Order,
with the Film Approval Hierarchy as the default hierarchy. However, it does not let me
