R12 Application service start issue

  Working in following environment:

1.TEST Instance->On Machine QA, Port Pool '0'
2.TEST Instance->On Machine APP2, Port Pool '0'
3.VIS Instance->On Machine QA, Port Pool '1'
4.PROD Instance->On Machine QA2, Port Pool '0'
5.PROD Instance->On Machine APP1(Application) and DB1(Database), Port Pool '0'

All are on IBM AIX 5L 64-bit
All are on same domain

All were running till friday night.
Shutdown  1 and 2 for backup on friday night.
On Saturday morning started listener, database and when tried to start(adstrtal.sh) application services of 1 and 2 both eciting "opmnctl" service with status 2. Following are messages received in log files:
