Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Hi All,

Can i take ur opinions about a issue in our oracle 11.2 database.

developers starts a session in database with odi. after a period of time, i see thesee about this session,

status=ACTIVE, event= db file scattered read or latch: cache buffers chains and intresting thing sql_hash_value= 0 .

you have any ideas about this issue ?
