 Hi,

we are getting the error

"AFPSRS" cannot again start process "214810"; Starting date and time for the background process are invalid: 09-MAR-2004 21:40:00. Background process or evaluation could not be started for some concurrent programs.

We refered to metalink note 265711.1  and applied the patch 3178186  but still we are getting the same problem.

We are in 11.5.8 version.

Do we have additional patches for this issues?
