Claim Digger version P6.7 does not work through Citrix

We are presently upgrading to P6 version 7 and everyting worked well using the soft grid but Claim Digger will not work through Citrix. 

What can be the problem?  IT was working on the issue for two weeks now.  Any input that will help us troubleshoot is much appreciated.

In summary:

Problem: Launching "PEC 7 PM TEST" works from citrix (SUNSBC farm), but the Claim Digger sub-app does not launch. During testing, it's been discovered that launching the app via Softgrid locally on the server (see command below), thus bypassing Citrix Presentation Server, also results in the Claim Digger function not working properly. Launching the app this way has been tested on a test server (MFCSPRD098) as well as a production server (MFCSPRD016). Claim Digger does work on the production server when using the older production version of Primavera. Because of this, it is suspected a difference in prod and test Softgrid
