Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. hi,

We are debating on having a new order status during one of our business process scenarios.

This is going to be introduced between Booked & shipped.

Is there any documentation that can guide me on how a new Order Header Status can be setup.

Any pros & cons on this approach is also appreciated.
