R47042C: EDTY rec type, EDSQ sequence Out of Order in output file

While trying for the first time to report an off-invoice allowance on an EDI customer invoice, I am getting data from table F470473 in my output file but the first two fields (EDTY, EDSQ) for record type C are missing.  I can see the fields populated in the database table for my document, but they are not appearing in the output file.  All other record types (1,3,6,2,4) are correct.

Has anyone had this experience?
