Service Request ; Import picklist values
In Service Requests, when i did import few picklist values through a csv file. After successful import , I have found that system has created Service request automatically which is surprising.
If I import 10 picklist values to a picklist then the system would create 10 Service Requests.
FYI : there is only one mandatory picklist field in SR page named 'Region'.
and I am importing picklist values in a non mandatory picklist.
please suggest the right idea behind it .....Thanks
