UTL_HTTP subprograms

 Hi Experts,
I have got enterprise manager reports showing significant occasional network load for PL/SQL subprograms 4157.70 and 4157.82. I know they are inner subprograms of UTL_HTTP but the last entry available for the outer world is UTL_HTTP.REQUEST_PIECES having object id 4157.52. Can anyone explain what they are?
