flashback table in 10.2.0.3

Hello

I have a request from my application team to restore a table as of about 6 weeks ago into another table. The undo_retention parameter for this database is 10800 (3 hours). Based on that I don't think I will be able to use the flashback table feature and the only way to do it would be a point-in-time recovery. Am I correct?
