My prepayroll status code is blank but the job is complete!

After running prepayroll if the job is complete but the status code never changes to "1", you may have a gross-to-net error.  What is a gross-to-net error (also called a GTN error)?  Here's a document to help you troubleshoot your GTN error and get you back on track!
